Can we add our logo or printed designs to the products?
Yes, we can print your logo using silk-screen printing, heat transfer printing or embroidery on the fabric of chairs or wagons. For metal surface, logo printing is also available.
Will my design and branding be protected if I provide OEM/ODM specifications?
Yes, we fully respect and protect our clients’ intellectual property. Any design, logo or specification you provide will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties. We are also open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request to ensure your ideas remain secure.
Will you sell my customized OEM/ODM products to other customers?
No. We strictly follow exclusive production agreements for OEM/ODM projects. Your custom products, especially those involving unique design or branding elements, will not be offered to other clients without your written consent.

Production time varies based on order volume and customization. Standard orders take 30-45 days for manufacturing after confirmation.

Can I order samples first? How much do they cost?
Yes, we offer samples. Sample fees depend on the design and customization but are refundable upon bulk order confirmation.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I place a trial order?
Our MOQ is typically 500-1000 units per model. We also accept trial orders for new customers. For orders lower, please contact us to check availability.
