Our MOQ is flexible depending on the complexity of the project. For standard private label orders using existing molds and fabrics, we typically start at 300 units per design. For full custom OEM projects requiring new fabric prints, unique frame or packaging, MOQs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure cost efficiency for both parties. We are startup-friendly and happy to discuss trial orders to build long-term partnerships.
2. Which safety and flammability standards do your tents comply with?
Compliance is non-negotiable in the camping industry. Our tent fabrics and construction methods adhere to major international standards, including CPAI-84, REACH, California Proposition 65, etc.. Upon request, we provide third-party lab test reports for fabric tensile strength, waterproof ratings and UV resistance.We can always coordinate testing with approved labs to meet your country’s import requirements.
3. What is the typical lead time for production and shipping?
Lead times vary based on order size and customization level, but as a general benchmark:
Sample Development: 7–15 days (dependent on material availability).
Mass Production: 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit receipt.

In-Line Production Check: QC staff patrol sewing lines to check seam sealing and stitching tension.
